RENTING YOUR STORAGE UNIT
Step One:
Click on the RENT STORAGE tab to view available units. Select the unit you would like to rent. After selecting your unit, you will be asked to create an account and enter your payment information to pay your first month’s rent.
Step Two:
After you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your gate code.
All of our units are pre-locked with Davinci combination locks. Your rental confirmation email will include the code for that lock. You may use that lock or provide your own. If you choose to use your own lock, please remove and return the Davinci lock to the lock return dropbox located just inside the front gate.
(Note: There will be a charge of $20 for any missing or unreturned lock).
You may move in immediately or at your convenience after you receive your gate code and lock code.
PLEASE NOTE: The card you used to complete your rental will be automatically enrolled in mandatory recurring auto-draft. If you wish to use a different card for your next monthly payment, please contact us as soon as possible before the next payment is processed.
MOVING OUT
If you are moving out, please give us a call to schedule your move out. This allows us time to inspect your unit and turn off your auto-draft payments. If you move out WITHOUT NOTICE, your next month’s payment will process as usual.
If you leave items or trash in your unit at move out, you will be charged a $100 clean-out fee. This will automatically be deducted from your account. Please leave your unit in the same condition as when you moved in.
